I think we have to recognise the infirmities that built up into a system we all thought worked well. Bailout packages are at the maximum a small short term measure. Increasing investments, creating jobs and investing into building quality based human resources is where our focus should be. Communism failed in the soviet union and one might be tempted to argue that capitalism failed in the U.S.A.
